# Power of NLP: Unlock Real World Applications
This repository contains the materials used in my presentation titled "Power of NLP: Unlock Real World Applications" for WTM Ethiopia. You can find the slides here.
# Installation Steps:
1. Clone Repository
Open your terminal or command prompt and navigate to the directory where you want to store the project. To download the repository, execute the following command:
```Bash
git clone
github.com
```
This command creates a new folder named nlp-realworld-applications containing all the project files. Change into the newly created directory by running:
```Bash
cd nlp-realworld-applications
```
2. Create a virtual environment
It's a best practice to use a virtual environment to manage project dependencies and avoid conflicts with other projects on your machine. You can choose one of the following methods to create your environment.
**Conda**
If you have Conda installed, you can create a new environment by running:
```Bash
conda create --name nlp_env python=3.10
```
**Python's venv**
If you prefer to use Python's built-in venv module, you can create a new environment with this command:
```Bash
python -m venv nlp_env
```
**UV**
For a faster alternative, you can use UV to create an environment:
```Bash
uv venv nlp_env
```
3. Activate the Virtual Environment
Before installing packages, you need to activate the environment you created.
**Conda**
```Bash
conda activate nlp_env
```
**Python's venv**
#### On macOS and Linux
```source nlp_env/bin/activate```
#### On Windows
```nlp_env\Scripts\activate```
**UV**
```source nlp_env/bin/activate```
4. Install Dependencies
With the environment activated, you can now install all the necessary libraries by running the following command:
```Bash
pip install -r requirements.txt
```
This command reads the requirements.txt file and installs all the dependencies listed within it.
5. Run the Notebooks
To ensure the notebook …
