Overview
PHC Monitor Nigeria is a web-based Primary Health Care Monitoring and Decision Support System designed to improve the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of health data from Primary Health Care (PHC) facilities across Nigeria.
The platform supports health workers, Local Government Areas (LGAs), State Ministries of Health, and national health agencies by providing real-time dashboards, automated reports, and data quality checks to strengthen evidence-based decision-making.
