This repository contains the raw metadata, processed tables, analysis scripts, and generated figures for the study: "Global One Health MRSA genomic   
  │ sequence visibility at the human–animal–environment interface, 2015–2025".                                                                            
  │                                                                                                                                                       
  │ It includes a completely reproducible, single-threaded deterministic Python pipeline that ingests a frozen NCBI Pathogen Detection snapshot           
  │ (PDG000000073.1234) and World Bank Open Data to evaluate public genomic surveillance coverage, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), and virulence across   
  │ five One Health source categories (human/clinical, livestock, companion animal, food, and environment).
