Global Registries for Persons with Spinal Cord Injury: A Scoping Review Protocol

This scoping review seeks to investigate SCI registries that have been established globally. A preliminary search for systematic reviews and scoping reviews on this topic has been conducted. To the authors knowledge, this topic has not been mapped previously and thus a scoping review is both warranted and necessary. The broad approach to this matter will set the groundwork for the development of a South African rehabilitation registry for PWSCI as the country moves into a space of universal healthcare under the flagship of the NHI.
