This dataset accompanies the study “Graduate Employability Strategies in Rwanda and Tunisia: A Comparative Study.” It includes anonymized survey responses from 165 Tunisian and 147 Rwandan higher education graduates, focusing on their employment status, job search strategies, and perceptions of employability. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed to compare graduate transitions from university to work in both contexts. The dataset supports research on graduate employability, labor market integration, and youth unemployment in Africa.
