This paper is a brief grammar sketch of Ginyanga (Kwa), an under-described language spoken in Togo and Ghana. The sketch is a result of a long-term descriptive project conducted during a series of field trips in Togo. The description concentrates on the morphosyntactic aspects of the language. In our analysis, we rely especially on a Ginyanga corpus that was collected and annotated from 2019 until 2024.
