Grolds-Code/gbv-multimethod-simulation: Initial release for publication

This repository contains all R code necessary to reproduce the simulation study and analyses presented in the manuscript "Developing an Integrated Analytical Framework for Gender-Based Violence Research: A Simulation-Based Methodological Study." It includes scripts to generate a synthetic dataset mirroring the 2022 Kenya Demographic and Health Survey, followed by a five-phase analytical framework encompassing descriptive epidemiology, Random Forest machine learning, multivariable logistic regression within an ecological model, causal mediation analysis, and integrated results synthesis. The code is fully documented, organized, and can be executed sequentially to replicate all findings, tables, and figures from the study.
