
This article is a systematic review and quantitative meta-synthesis of the factors and determinants related to the successful implementation of High-Performance Computer (HPC) infrastructures into the sphere of climate modeling and agricultural resilience in Zimbabwe. Related to the growing climatic variability, manifested by the scale of annual losses exceeding US$126 million in agriculture, the study addresses the statistical chasm between global scientific practice and local agrarian decision-making. The study suggests an operational model for Zimbabwe, the ZCHPC Resilience Accelerator, which utilizes cohort-based, time-limited simulation cycles to achieve validated, policy-ready agricultural advisories.
