This project explores the relationship between seasonal population mobility and access to HIV services in Malawi. Using de-identified mobile phone data from a national provider alongside health facility testing records from over 600 sites, I conducted geospatial and regression analyses to assess how shifts in subscriber patterns correlated with changes in HIV testing volume and positivity rates between the dry and rainy seasons. Findings suggest that while mobility plays a role, structural and demographic factors more consistently predict service utilization outcomes, highlighting the need for integrated approaches in HIV program planning.
