This is a very short video that was taken when we were preparing for a dramatization or demonstration session to show how honey is removed from the beehive and put in the honey bag. Jane Oduor is the Okiek language documentor. Simon Konana Konini is a respected community elder who took who participated in many documentation sessions. He is the narrator of the story in the second session (okiek_Narratives002). Patrick works within the Okiek community as a social worker and community mobilizer. In this project he also assisted in community mobilization, video recording, translating and annotating. He is a father and grandfather to many.
