HOW POLITICAL SKILL BEST PREDICT PERFORMANCE IN MADAGASCAR? A COMPARISON WITH EMOTIONAL AND CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE

This study examines whether political skill is the strongest predictor of job performance in Madagascar compared to cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence. We expect all three to relate positively to job performance, but political skill to show incremental validity beyond the other two. The project aims to clarify the unique contribution of political skill to workplace effectiveness and provide evidence-based insights for recruitment, training, and performance management in Madagascar, while also contributing to the cross-cultural validation of these instruments.
