Image dataset of healthy and pathogen-affected hot pepper leaves with suggested control measures

This dataset contains images of hot pepper (Capsicum frutescens, EPPO code: CPSFR) crop, including both healthy plants and plants affected by major pathogens, collected during the experimentation of the PLANTHEAD Diagnostic Platform in Ethiopia, within the framework of the EU Horizon2020 EWA-BELT Project (GA#862848). Within the dataset, the following diseases and their corresponding EPPO codes are represented: Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. capsici (EPPO Code: FUSAOX) Leveillula taurica (EPPO Code: LEVETA) Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria (EPPO Code: XANTAV) Each folder is organized by pathogen to facilitate data exploration and analysis. In addition, the dataset includes a PDF file providing recommended management solutions for each disease, which can include agronomic, biological, and chemical measures.
