Financial inclusion is a key to the survival of any nation economy, is a process in which all
individuals have easy access to formal financial products and services (World Bank
2022). Drawing from diffusion ofinnovation theory and technology acceptance model theories.
The study examines the perception offinancial included persons regarding the impact of the
relationship between agent banking and financial inclusion using survey research approach.
Data were source from 584 financially included persons in Nigeria. The PLS-SEM analysis
revealed that, agent banking significantly impact accessibility, usability, and quality of
financial products and services in Nigeria. it is recommended that, the the financial included
persons in Nigeria should be informed, educate about the digital financial products and
services, and it economic benefit, so as to improve it usability.
