Improving the management of leprosy ulcers through a community self-care intervention using a stepped wedge cluster randomised trial. This protocol describes a mixed-method evaluation of a self-care intervention in two communities in Nigeria, selected specifically for their high prevalence of leprosy. This is funded by National Institute for Health Research (NIHR: 200132) using UK aid from the UK Government to support global health research.
