Infrastructure and Lifelong Education: A Human-Centered Strategy for Reducing Global Inequality

This policy paper proposes a human-centered strategy to reduce global inequality by integrating two essential pillars: infrastructure development and accessible lifelong education. Focusing on underserved regions such as sub-Saharan Africa and rural India, it highlights the transformative potential of combining public investment, adult learning zones, and AI-driven educational optimization. Inspired by the Capability Approach and human capital theory, the paper argues that true equality must include opportunities for adult learning and skill acquisition beyond childhood. This framework provides a peaceful and scalable alternative to economic despair and geopolitical instability.
