Integrative Review

This dataset presents key findings from an integrative review on diabetes in Zimbabwe, structured as a summary table of included studies. It captures author, year, setting, study design, population, objectives, outcomes, key findings, and limitations for each source. The work follows PRISMA-ScR guidelines to systematically map trends, health system challenges, and opportunities for integrated diabetes management in Zimbabwe.
