Upper Gastrointestinal bleeding is a common and potentially life-threatening clinical event.
In many African countries, Upper Gastrointestonal bleeding is often exacerbated by delayed diagnosis, inadequate healthcare infrastructure, and limited access to specialized treatments.

This scoping review aims to identify and classify the interventions available for Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding in African healthcare settings.
