The dataset provides geolocalized (Long-Lat) .csv files and shapefiles with yields for four different cereals (maize, millet, rice and sorghum) under rain-fed and and optimal irrigation conditions. It covers all agricultural locations in Sub-Saharan Africa assuming a low use of fertilizers, resembling the actual inputs use in the region. Yields differentials between rain-fed and optimal irrigation are also provided, both in levels and in percentage terms.
