The KATH Encephalitis Review_Raw Data dataset is a comprehensive collection of clinical data on suspected encephalitis patients, designed to support in-depth analysis of patient demographics, admission details, diagnostic procedures, and treatment outcomes. The dataset includes detailed patient records, encompassing multiple clinical and laboratory variables collected over several years. Key demographic attributes such as age, gender, religion, level of education, and occupation are included, alongside essential medical data, including admission and discharge dates, presenting symptoms, and treatment regimens. To enhance diagnostic insights, the dataset features lumbar puncture results, computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings, and the administration of antibiotics and antiviral therapies. This structured dataset allows for correlation analysis between patient demographics, clinical presentation, diagnostic findings, and outcomes, contributing to epidemiological and clinical research on central nervous system (CNS) infections.
