L'enseignement des langues africaines dans les associations d'immigrés

Galtier Gérard - The teaching of African languages by volountary immigrant Associations. The article presents the activities of cultural associations devotes to the conservation and the teaching of African languages in France. Aside from the demographic weight of speakers of these languages in immigration generally, the action of these associations is determined by various considerations pertaining to identity, manifested e.g. in the choice of spellings that require special characters, as well as by the sociolinguistic situation of the communities employing these languages in Africa.
