Land Cover Change in Tai-Sapo 2015-2024 (vector) - version 1, Feb. 2026

This metadata refers to the Land Cover Change vector data generated over Tai-Sapo (Africa) for in the framework of the High Resolution Hot Spot Monitoring Phase 2 contract under the coordination of JRC. This area of interest is either mapped with the detailed modular legend. The mapped area of interest (AOI) represents a Key Landscape for Conservation and Development area (KLCD). The KLCD has a total size of 4 million ha (40,000 km²) and is situated at the boundary between Ivory Coast and Liberia. It includes two National Parks: Tai National Park (3,300 km²) in Ivory Coast and Sapo National Park (1,804 km²) in Liberia. Reference time: 2015 - 2024
