This dataset originates from a cross-sectional survey conducted among the full cohort of interns at Tangier University Hospital. The aim of the survey was to explore interns’ learning priorities, daily work time allocation, experiences with conflict management, and communication practices.
Data were collected using an anonymous, structured questionnaire to ensure confidentiality and encourage candid responses. No personally identifiable information was recorded.
The dataset comprises variables grouped into the following domains:
Participant Characteristics: Basic demographic and professional information relevant to the internship context.
Learning Priorities: Self-reported educational needs and areas of focus during internship training.
Work Time Allocation: Distribution of daily working hours across clinical duties, administrative tasks, and educational activities.
Conflict Management: History of exposure to workplace conflicts, including types of conflicts and approaches to resolution.
Communication: Self-assessment of communication skills and experiences in interactions with patients and healthcare teams.
