This research, "Leveraging Advanced Business Mathematics for Sustainable Growth in Emerging Economies: A Case Study of Ghanaian SMEs," explores the integration of mathematical tools and models in addressing the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ghana. The study aims to evaluate current levels of adoption, the impact of these tools on operational efficiency, and the obstacles hindering broader implementation. Additionally, it proposes evidence-based strategies to enhance the integration of business mathematics for sustainable growth. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research gathered quantitative data through structured surveys distributed to SME stakeholders and qualitative insights via interviews and focus group discussions. The findings highlight that 92.5% of respondents acknowledged significant operational improvements, with tools such as linear programming, forecasting models, and inventory optimization driving measurable outcomes. Mathematical models also reduced operational costs by 15-20% on average and expedited decision-making processes. A robust correlation coefficient of 0.87 underscores the relationship between mathematical integration and financial sustainability. The study concludes that while mathematical tools significantly enhance productivity, resource allocation, and risk management, challenges such as limited technical expertise and infrastructural gaps persist. Recommendations include introducing capacity-building programs, investing in affordable technologies, and creating supportive policy frameworks to encourage widespread adoption.
