Data extracted from the 266 retrieved copies of the questionnaire were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and t-test statistics. From the data collected and analyzed, the study found that digital skills possessed by employees in Polytechnics in Nasarawa State are low.  From the findings, the study among others recommended that digital technologies and periodic organization of conferences, workshops, seminars, and symposium by the management of the institutions should be organized for their improved operational efficiency
