Rwanda is at the forefront of integrating digital technologies into agriculture to address food security challenges. This paper investigates how digital tools, such as mobile applications, precision farming, and data analytics, are empowering farmers to make informed decisions about crop management, resource allocation, and market access. By providing real-time information on weather patterns, soil conditions, and pest outbreaks, these technologies help optimize agricultural practices and reduce losses. The study also examines government-led initiatives like the "e-Farm" platform, which connects farmers with extension services and markets. It highlights the role of public-private partnerships in scaling up digital agriculture solutions and their impact on enhancing food production and rural livelihoods in Rwanda.
