This paper explores how technology and strategic planning can build resilient agribusiness systems in response to climate change and global warming. It analyzes case studies from Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Bangladesh, highlighting the role of AI, IoT, robotics, big data, and renewable energy in transforming climate-smart agriculture. The study presents a conceptual framework showing how the integration of data tools with strategic planning enhances productivity, resilience, and food security across climate-vulnerable regions.
