Between April-June 2008, Population Services International Madagascar (PSI/M) conducted a household survey designed to investigate certain reproductive health behaviours among a nationally representative sample of 15 to 24 year old male and female youth. The 2008 survey was a follow-up to the Tracking Results Continuously (TRaC) survey conducted in late 2005 and the first quarter of 2006. This report presents identified behavioral determinants for condom use and partner reduction, for HIV prevention, and for seeking STI treatment, for STI management. It also shows trends in certain selected indicators that guide PSI's interventions in HIV/STI prevention. Lastly, it shows the association between exposure, behaviors and determinants of the program's exposure and provides guidance for future activities.
