Introduction : La neurofibromatose type 1 est une maladie à transmission autosomique dominante dont les manifestations cutanées et neurologiques sont les plus fréquentes. Les manifestations oculaires sont plus rares. L’objectif de cette étude était de rapporter un cas de la neurofibromatose type 1 avec une manifestation oculaire diagnostiquée au Niger. Observation : Il s’agissait d’un patient âgé de 33 ans chez qui l’examen clinique retrouvait des multiples nodules de Lish bilatéraux associés à des lésions dermatologiques à type des taches café au lait et des neurofibromes confirmant le diagnostic. La prise en charge consistait à une abstention thérapeutique et une surveillance régulière. Conclusion : La neurofibromatose de type 1 est une maladie systémique, l’ophtalmologue joue un rôle crucial dans le diagnostic dans la recherche du nodule de Lisch et rarement du gliome des voies optiques. This was a 33-year-old patient, clinical examination revealed multiple disease bilateral Lish nodules associated with milk coffee spots and neurofibromas, confirming the diagnosis. Management consisted of therapeutic abstinence and regular monitoring. Conclusion. Neurofibromatosis type 1 is a systemic disease, the ophthalmologist plays a crucial role in the diagnosis in the search for the Lisch nodule and rarely for the glioma of the optic pathways.
