Mapping mental health conditions among health workers in Ghana: A scoping review protocol

The purpose of this scoping review is to generate evidence on mental health conditions among health workers in Ghana for policy recommendations for improving health worker mental health challenges. The research questions are: 1. What is the extent of the various mental health conditions reported by health workers? 2. How does the reported mental health conditions vary across professional cadres? 3. What is the geographic distribution of mental health conditions in the health worker population? 4.What barriers prevent health workers from seeking to care for mental health conditions 5. What are the existing prevention and control measures for mental health conditions among health workers?
