Mapping Teacher Wellbeing in Africa: A Scoping Review Protocol of Conceptualizations, Frameworks, Determinants, and Outcomes

This scoping review aims to map the extent, nature, and distribution of research on teacher wellbeing in Africa. It examines conceptualizations, theoretical frameworks, determinants, and outcomes of teacher wellbeing across African contexts. The review will follow established scoping review methodology and PRISMA ScR guidelines, including studies published between 2015 and 2026 in English and French, as well as grey literature.
