MapWAPS Invasive Alien Plant map for the Olifants-Doring Catchments

This archive contains the following data:

1. A map & layer file of the occurrence of key invasive alien plants in the Olifants-Doring Catchments, derived from a Random Forest classification of a Sentinel-2 image at a 10m spatial resolution (.tif & .lyrx files). These are large files so two are included.
2. A metadata file for the map (.pdf)
3. A map of certainty for (.shp & .lyrx)
4. The training data (.shp & .lyrx)
5. A metadata file for the training data (.pdf)

Condition of use

• All academics using this dataset in any scientific publication shall offer first right of refusal for co-authorship on any manuscripts.
• Practitioners are free to use the dataset.
