This study is part of a wider research on married working mothers and their work-family intersections in urban Ghana. The research took place between September 2020 and March 2021 and was conducted in 3 Ghanaian cities (Accra, Kumasi, Tema). As part of the overall research project, a convergent parallel mixed method case study design was adopted. This data presents the quantitative data from the surveys. The study examined the sources of work-family conflict and enrichment, the effects of work-family conflict and enrichment on work-family satisfaction outcomes (i.e., job satisfaction, family satisfaction, marital satisfaction) and lastly the moderating role of employment type in the relationship between perceived work demands on one hand and work-family conflict and enrichment on the other hand. Other variables of interest not analysed in the main research are also included for further data analysis.
