This operational research presents a pre-post assessment of a sentinel health event that occurred during the Presbyterian Orthodox Church of Cameroon (EPCO) General Assembly) in Nsessoum, South Region, Cameroon, in January 2024. Data was collected through direct observation and included documentation of attendee demographics, travel distances, available on-site infrastructure, and a detailed case report of a critical medical emergency that unfolded.
