This study focuses on evaluating the methodological assessment of manufacturing plants systems in Rwanda within the field of agriculture. A comprehensive panel data approach will be employed to analyse variance across different manufacturing plants in Rwanda. The econometric model used includes fixed effects to account for time-invariant characteristics of the plants. The analysis revealed a significant reduction (p < 0.05) in operational risks, attributed primarily to improved management practices implemented by selected plants. This study underscores the importance of robust methodological frameworks in managing agricultural manufacturing systems and highlights specific risk-reduction strategies that can be adopted across Rwanda's agro-industrial sector. Based on this analysis, it is recommended that further research should focus on scaling up these successful practices to more plants, with a particular emphasis on training and standardization of management protocols.
