Community health centers in Ghana play a critical role in addressing healthcare access disparities among rural populations. This systematic literature review employed multilevel regression models to analyse data from various studies conducted across Ghana, focusing on both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. The findings revealed that multilevel regression analysis provided robust estimates of clinical outcomes in community health centers, with significant variance explained between different levels of the hierarchy (e.g., facility-level versus patient-level factors). Multilevel regression models were found to be effective for assessing clinical outcomes in Ghana's community health centre systems. Future research should consider refining multilevel regression analysis by incorporating additional contextual variables and longitudinal data. Community Health Centers, Ghana, Multilevel Regression Analysis, Clinical Outcomes Treatment effect was estimated with $\text{logit}(p_i)=\beta_0+\beta^\top X_i$, and uncertainty reported using confidence-interval based inference.
