Methodological Evaluation of District Hospitals Systems in Nigeria: Multilevel Regression Analysis for Yield Improvement

District hospitals in Nigeria face challenges in delivering optimal healthcare services, impacting patient outcomes and system efficiency. A mixed-method approach combining quantitative data from surveys with qualitative insights from interviews will be employed. Multilevel regression analysis will assess various system-level and individual-level predictors of healthcare performance. The preliminary findings indicate that patient adherence to treatment protocols significantly correlates with improved health outcomes, suggesting a need for enhanced compliance strategies.
