- data_for_plots_only.zip contains the source data files needed to create Figures 1, 4, 5, and 7. - Data come from Atsame et al. 2024 (Gabon) or Komlan et al. 2018 (Togo), with the post-processed data found in the following files: "figure_1_observed_atsame_data.csv", "figure_4_observed_atasame_data.csv", and "figure_7_observed_data_komlan.csv". - Modelled data come from this study, with post-processed data found in the following files: "figure_1_processed_model_data.csv", "figure_4_processed_model_data.csv", and "figure_7_processed_model_data.csv". - Figure 5 contains a single data file "figure_5_data.csv", that contains both the post-processed model and observed data.
