Ground Truth Data for study: Hidden Markov methods to construct reliable building footprint data across urban climate risk zones. The dataset includes hand-labeled building footprint data and associated Google Earth imagery (c. 2025, MAXAR) for 22 validation areas in Kigali, Rwanda, spanning the period from 2006 to 2022, covering a stratified sample of urban Local Climate Zones. File Naming Convention: "Label_{Year}_{Date}_20{ID}.shp" Additional details for each Validation Area (ID), including shapefiles and Local Climate Zone class, are available in Validation_Areas.zip.
