Neonatal Sepsis in Tanzania: Protocol for Scoping Review of Epidemiology of Bacterial Causative Organisms and Their Sensitivity to the recommended Empirical Therapy.

This is a scoping review of causative microbacterial organisms responsible for neonatal sepsis in Tanzania neonates, the review is exploring aetiology, importantant epidemiological factors and their link to resistance to the current recomendended empirical therapy. The review aims to come with propsition for management of neonatal sepsis in view of the noted increased reistance to empirical therapy
