Manually scaled ionograms data for Ilorin, Nigeria are here. Vertical drift velocity were obtained using the method by Anderson et al., 2004. The format of ESFVzData.txt is [1] DOY  [2]   [3]  LT of   [4] F10.7  [5] Occurrence Status  [6] TOC. The python code for the NN model is in ESFModelSinglePred.py.
