Dataset embodies raw tweets collected from the verified Twitter accounts of President Muhammad Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and Twitter news post of Daily Trust, The Punch and Vanguard newspapers shared during four months period of Nigeria's 2019 presidential campaign.
The following Twitter handles: @MBuhari, @atiku, @daily_trust, @MobilePunch and @vanguardngrnews were monitored for data sourcing.
Data were collected through the Twitter API and arhived in portable document format (PDF) for easy reference.
