This database refers to spectra of 60 cooked and freeze dried sweetpotatoe genotypes from MDP in Uganda 2019 analyzed using a FOSS XDS spectrometer. 3-4 fresh roots per genotype were boiled, mixed, freeze dried and then scanned. Calibration results for fructose, glucose, saccharose and maltose show mainly high performance showing that NIRS can be applied very good for these traits on dried samples.
