Average number of days that poultry stayed with a seller before being sold. Each row is a new seller at a live-poultry market. One .csv is for sellers surveyed in Toamasina, Madagascar and the other is for sellers surveyed in Antananarivo, Madagascar. Informed consent was obtained and approved by the Princeton University IRB office (IRB Record Number 12138).
