Methods: A comprehensive search of major academic databases (e.g., PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, etc.) will be conducted using relevant keywords. Studies published in English will be included, published from 2015 to 2025. not more than 10 years. Narrative synthesis will be used to integrate findings thematically. The findings are expected to inform healthcare providers, policymakers, and researchers working in HIV care and nutritional support programmes. Results will also be used to support the development of targeted educational interventions. Significance Improving nutritional knowledge and dietary practices can enhance treatment adherence, immune function, and overall well-being for people living with HIV/AIDS. This project contributes to the open science movement by making the review protocol, materials, and eventual findings publicly available.
