This dataset was collected as part of the project The Impacts of Ocean Fine-Scale Whirls on Climate and Ecosystems (WHIRLS) (whirls.eu). Seaglider SG267 This dataset contains processed glider observations of temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, fluorescence, and optical backscatter collected by Seaglider SG267. The glider was deployed in the Cape Basin from 20 February 2026 to 20 April 2026.  The data are provided in OceanGliders OG1 format using the seagliderOG1 pipeline (github.com). Post-deployment compass calibration was conducted using the Seaglider basestation V3 processing code (github.com). Disclaimer: post-mission oxygen calibration was not performed on the dissolved oxygen values in this version.
