ofordile-star/IHAT_Analysis: Initial publication release

This release contains the complete R scripts and analytical workflows used in Ofordile et al., Gut Prevotella stercorea associates with protection against infection in rural African children, Nature Communications (2025). It includes pipelines for microbial diversity, taxa abundance, PERMANOVA and Kruskal–Wallis tests, MaAsLin2 and ANOVA analyses, and figure generation following Nature-style statistical and graphical reporting.
