This dataset supports the article "Optimization of Municipal Solid Waste Management Systems in El Hajeb through a Hybrid SFS-ENF²–ELECTRE III–Net Flow Approach: BWM–CRITIC Weighting, Dual Vfeto and Spherical Fuzzy Preferences". It provides all data, code, and raw results necessary to fully reproduce the computational experiments reported in the paper. Study context. The province of El Hajeb (Fès-Meknès region, Morocco, ~250,000 inhabitants) faces a dual crisis: 115 t/day of municipal solid waste and a critical depletion of the Saïss aquifer (1.5–2.0 m/year piezometric decline). The model evaluates 35 waste management alternatives across 20 criteria using Spherical Fuzzy Sets (SFS), BWM–CRITIC hybrid weighting (α=0.60), dual veto γ, and ELECTRE III–Net Flow ranking. Contents. The dataset includes: (1) the full SFS decision matrix (35 alternatives × 20 criteria) in both .xlsx and .csv formats, containing the spherical fuzzy triplets (μ, ν, π) for each cell and the derived crisp scores SC(x̃) = μ²/(μ²+ν²+π²); (2) the BWM comparison vectors and individual consistency ratios CRₖ for each of the five experts (all CRₖ < 0.10); (3) the complete Python 3.11 engine (SFS_ENF2_MC.py) implementing the SFS functions, adaptive thresholds, partial concordance and discordance indices, SFS credibility index S̃(a,b), Net Flow computation, and the full Monte Carlo simulation (N=10,000, seed=42, Δw=±10%); (4) a standalone benchmark script (Benchmark_CeterisPar.py) comparing SFS-ENF² against PROMETHEE II SFS, TOPSIS SFS, and ELECTRE III TFN under a strict ceteris paribus protocol; (5) raw Monte Carlo outputs as NumPy arrays (10,000 Kendall τ values, 10,000 φ(A₃₅) net flow values, and 10,000 perturbed weight vectors); and (6) the grid search results over λ ∈ [0.10; 0.40].
