This research proposes a localized framework for implementing South Korean ICT-driven smart farming systems within the Nigerian agricultural sector. By integrating the Saemaul Undong philosophy with Production Function Analysis ($Y = f(L, K, M)$), the study provides a strategic model to optimize ROI and mitigate the "management-by-observation" crisis in poultry and crop production.
