Abstract
The Parallel Amortization Currency System (PACS) presents a novel dual-currency framework designed to catalyse the economic transformation of post-colonial and resource-extractive nations—beginning with the African continent. PACS establishes a regenerative value loop by linking finite in-ground asset depletion with the appreciation of a future-facing currency backed by regenerative development metrics. This architecture enables investors to participate ethically in national development, while ensuring wealth retention within the host country. Built on recursive economic principles, PACS represents a structural realignment of value away from entropy and toward planetary coalescence.
