The research was focused on determinants of farmers' participation in small scale irrigation and its impact on rural household income in West Guji Zone, Oromia Regional State, Ethiopia. A multi-stage sampling method was employed to select 291 respondents for the study. The analysis of the data was conducted using descriptive statistics, logit regression, and propensity score matching (PSM) models.
